Our story

Founded because "we'll look into it" isn't an answer

Anertra was founded by technologists who had spent years watching capable businesses held back by unreliable IT support — slow tickets, surprise invoices, and providers who disappeared when something genuinely broke.

We built the alternative we wanted to hire: flat-rate pricing so support never costs extra, a named engineer who learns your environment, and security included in every plan rather than sold to you after an incident.

We are a new firm, and we say so plainly. What that buys you is attention — you are not account number four hundred in a queue. What it costs you is a long client list, so we lead with work you can inspect: a written assessment of your environment that is yours to keep whether or not you hire us.
